Hi, I know how to insert one specific configuration of a model in Cadasio, but I was wondering if you have to make different files for each configuration you would like to make a manual for?
If this is the case, it will take up a lot of time when I have to remake all the steps in a separate manual with just a tiny difference. Are there any tricks for making that process faster?

From the Cadasio dashboard, you can copy a project, you could then update this copy with the different configuration. Depending on the changes between the configurations you should hopefully find it works everything out for you.
