Creating GiF-not receiving e-mail

Hi!
I tried to create gif of some steps, but inserting the gif on the step didnt work (file too large)…
I changed fps and size and tried again few times but i am not receiving download links anymore.
Is there limitations of how many gif one can create?

Hi @user2345 ,

There is no limit. I can see a few emails had been sent to you this morning around 8am (BST) have you checked your spam folder? Could you try again now and let me know when and I can see whats happening and if the emails where sent?

Hi. It looks like the GIF has restrictions on fps. Can you try fps of 10, 15 or 30 only?
