Hovering over some elements gives me a handy tooltip, some do not. ie. hovering over the pin to pin the menu should tooltip as it does not look much like a pin.

All user interface elements should display a tooltip when hovered, so I will move this post from feature request to the bugs area. The development team has implemented the tooltip you mentioned and will go through and review the rest. If you find any more that are missing if you could let us know we would be very grateful and fix them as soon as possible.
